That fatty in the picture is me. I decided to work out before fatty calls me fatty.
Now Im just sitting here waiting to chill for a bit and will start working out in 15mins time. It's quite a problem that everytime I start working out my right side of my lower tummy just gets painful and I have to stop. I am always worried that it could be appendicitis but the doctor boyfriend kept reassuring me that it isn't. (maybe he just wanna make me work out more and don care if i die of pain lol) Looking back at old pictures always help a bit. I wonder how I could have that persistency and determination around 2 years back to actually have packs on my tummy and to be so toned up. I don think i'll ever be ever to pick that habit up again. Bananas-Oats-workout-no oil-no carbs solution. That's insane. I am 5kgs off my ideal weights. Meh.. even losing 3kgs now is hard speaking about 5. Maybe even 1kg is quite hard. Or... even not gaining weights is hard,tell me about it. Le sigh. On the other side notes, i am trying to pick up my blogging habit again possible, regardless of whether there is any readers with me. I know i'll enjoy what I wrote in the future, just like how I enjoy reading my old posts when I'm still in college. So Young, So cheerful, so sampat back then. Going to start my insanity work out now! -oh wait, did i mention it yet? I am doing the Shaun T's insanity work out that's really insane. I alternate it with the hiphop zumba workout, so it's quite fun! Bye for now. blogged @ 4:21 AM with
